Vintage Rca stereo amplifier using 6BQ5 output tubes ,the numbers on the chassis are: RS193F RVA274, and there are three inputs off volume control bass treble balance selector for tape ,tuner ,and phono.
The rectifier tube is a Rca 5y3gt, 6BQ5 tubes are and zenith 6eu7 pre-amp. After running this at lower voltage for some time, it was turned up to 120 volts ac and connected a CD player set of dado speakers sounds good on both channels the controls were also sprayed with tuner cleaner. With the volume control turned down all way there was no hum. All tubes test good and are included.
The first filter cap was at just under 300 volts dc. I think this type chassis needs to be on a grounded bottom plate for best results.
