For an item damaged in shipping, do not throw out the original box or packing materials, they may need to be inspected. The receiver is in excellent - outstanding physical condition, there an issue with left channel.

Today as I was doing my final checks the sound on front speakers in remote mode left channel started playing at a lower volume. There 1 small plastic tab missing on the FM 300 clip where you insert wire, and are a couple of cracks or breaks in little trim pieces around speaker terminals please see pictures.

I'm going to redo the pictures tomorrow let's start out by saying this is a one owner receiver that looks and sounds great with plenty of controls fine tune your music way you like.

The left channel is not currently working properly. I will describe condition to the best of my ability, any defects found be disclosed buyer. This is a very sophisticated with many settings and knobs that have to be set just the right position in-order for receiver work properly I don't remember all of details.

So I am done with my testing and i'm going to sell this receiver disclosing that there are some issues they could be any easy fix or not - sure.

I have disclosed everything that can think of with this receiver.

3 here is a rare opportunity to own high end Marantz blue dial gyro-touch receiver as these do not come up for sale very often especially in this condition. This receiver is very heavy. If you are an electrician or a electronics repair person in luck.

Everything worked fine when I boxed up the receiver and put in my closet. Please bid accordingly.

When I took the receiver out 2 weeks ago and starting testing unit for purpose of selling it noticed that remote rear left channel did not play as loud right. 5 years ago some of the bulbs stop working so I took receiver in and has all replaced had pots cleaned.

What is in the photos offer except props, and are as much a part of verbal information so please look at them closely, if you do not see something assume it included. These sell for so I'm going to ask 400 this one knowing that it needs some work.

To the shipping cost. These receivers are becoming very scarce and this one is well above average in appearance worth getting it looked at running 100 again. The vinyl is starting to come up on left and right rear vent area where 1 small piece has loose could be glued back down I think they are coming from stacking components top of receiver.

I did notice that a couple of the external speaker terminals are loose again so this could be reason for drop in volume don't know.

The receiver has some small marks around receiver, nothing major and only a couple of that show up in pictures. This receiver does not have the decoder installed.

I took these pictures inside so there are a lot of reflections.

I tried 1 pair of speakers on all four speaker terminals left and right channel that was the only issue. I have not used the receiver for last 4 years. I could part this one out and make 400 easy in condition.
