( Brand: Soundcraftsmen ), ( Model: 5050 ), ( Country/region Of Manufacture: United States ), ( Type: Amplifier )
Buyer pays actual shipping cost. Nothing feels loose or worn. It is untested with any input or output since I do not have speakers anything to use for.
I do not normally charge handling, but am adding because want to ship it as fragile which the USPS charges top of main chassis plate has discolored spots on it, mostly small round dots. However, I like to point out everything see in my offers even if it is minor so there are no surprises for buyers. There is some missing paint on the transformers.
I took the bottom off to take a picture and show components. Overall a very decent and good looking vintage amplifier from dry climate. This is a Soundcraftsmen 5050 tube stereophonic amplifier. When I bought it, it was mounted in a old Stromboli Carlson console with the front cut out to show face, because of that there is no top case for amp.
Everything looks intact with nothing cracked, broken, bent, burned or split. Please excuse my , I am not familiar with tube amplifiers.
I did plug it in, the transformers hum and some tube glow tried to show a glowing in last photo but does not up very well. The front plate has some minor scratches, marks and a few small discolored spots. 45 for and I want to insure it in shipping.
I just need to pass it on someone who likes and can enjoy this amp, because of that, no reserve sold as is. The knobs all look OK and they feel like turn stop smoothly should.
