This is actually one of the cleaner units I have seen for sale. Eico ST-70 stereo 7591A tube amplifier integrated bench tested, works. You can also see a couple scratches on the face panel.
Output is powerful and level. Has a faint hum. Tested all tubes.
It works now but in the future like all original equipment amps they will need service. Replaced 12dw7 tubes with strong level. Bench tested and found to be in working order.
