One speaker has two small cracks. Baltimore or Philly. Please look at pictures for further condition as I am selling this unit in found. Possibly a fuse or flaw with connection so it needs attention repairs.
Super rare Gibson model 800G pre with magnum 8 speaker cabinet built in 300 watt amplifier. The cabinet with built in 300 watt amplifier powers on and functions for a few seconds before shutting down. This is a original one owner unit purchased new in 1972 for it has been stored away several years. The original grill is a teal color with sparkles and has two small holes near bottom right.
Approximate measurements for cabinet are 52 height x 34 width 16 deep and extremely heavy. One is very small and the other about size of a silver dollar.
It attaches nicely to the front of cabinet. It has the original covers with pre cover being in good condition and cabinet fair a non functioning zipper tears but at least exists. The pre powers on, illuminates and is in good functioning condition.
Gibson only sold approximately 100 of these amplifiers so they are quite rare. The other seven look to be in good condition.
