I do not know what the right two are for. FF and REW buttons functioned correctly. The record level sliders, light works. I pressed play with audio on a cassette and only got loud oscillating noise.
I did not test the RCA output, only 1/4 headphone jack. I tested the RCA input and this works. The three 1/4 sockets on the front left one is for headphones. I plugged this unit in and it powers up - see back light VU Meter photo.
Input a tape in and pressed rec-play-pause got audio from my turn tables which was the input thru headphones. The counter counted.
