We just used this for an hour playing 78s and it is sounding great with no hum or distortion. Nothing is scratched or worn on the face plate. I leave all cosmetic cleaning up to the new owner. Very tiny bit of a pop noise on one part the volume control travel at level 5.

Scott model 99-A in working condition. 8 watts is a lot. Only the indicator light is out. The whiteness on knobs rubs easily off with a little exit leaving it new looking.
