I did some light cleaning on easy to reach surfaces so you can see the chassis is in pretty good shape. Even the red power indicator bulb works. I cleaned the tube sockets and exited pots. That's how I came up with the price.

That being said I would not use it regularly without replacing the capacitors for reliability or quite frankly even power on a Mauriac.
