Excellent sound the only reasons i'm selling it are 1 its too big for any of my racks and I really have nowhere to put. All new caps including black flags. I first found him on but now send all my stuff to directly.

2 I have too much stuff, including a lot of other Sansui gear and at 160 PC. Bias set etc. Hes restored over a dozen pieces for me the past few years and does excellent work.

It had a different switch installed when I purchased and was the rocker style. Note there seems to be 100s of posted modifications online about these units, but my tech just recapped everything and went through made sure all other electronics were operating without issue the unit was up spec. I have received a few questions on who did the restorations, so here is info to my tech link his site. Non-smoking home.

All glue removed and pots switches cleaned. Very nice unit and sounds fantastic. It still turns on most of the time by pushing switch in, but I use a power strip to turn off and on, as its easier that way. All original outputs.

I have a Sansui tu-717 listed separately i'm the second owner and had this completely gone through last year. This unit was FD may,1980 so it a newer version with most of the bugs resolved from earlier versions. Face is in very good condition and case with some scratches. The power switch plastic button is missing.

USSR estore-us he has a few services listed on there now and are close to what performed these units. Selling my vintage restored Sansui AU-X1 super integrated amplifier, with original service manual. Hes restoring an accuse e303x for me now.

It was rebuilt once, but is having issues again. Includes original service manual. The internal push in on of switch is a little flaky. Have a lot of close to into this, but letting it go for much less.

All electronics were checked and replaced as needed. This is the multi voltage unit that will adapt to most countries.
