All the knobs turn freely and tubes light when it is plugged in this a no reserve sale. Before packing. So I am selling it as is.

I did notice it looks as though one tube is missing.

And happy buying. The unit is untested with exception of plugging it in.

The cord looks good with no fraying.

It features a nice metal painted case which is good with minimal scratching and wear.
