This 33 watt, dual rectifier is in nice condition. Vintage Bogen challenger model cha 33 all tube amp. My intention was to use this as a guitar there are number of cool mods you can do these, but I have too many projects right now so off it goes.
Someone had already done some updates such as electrolytic capacitors, input jacks installed and the ac cable replaced with a 3-wire grounded type. I picked this up a couple of years ago at radio electronics flea market.
Feeds a 12ax7 and is nice loud. Just as it is now works great and sounds very fender-like.
Vintage Bogen challenger model cha 33 all tube amp. The power section is driven by a pair of 6l6 tubes.
