Details:
It does play, but only one channel is working and seems slow. Sold as is, shipping is 25, this a heavy well built deck. You get the deck in pictures. Play also works going in the forward position, but not reverse.
I have not tested recording. I did change it from 220v to 110v on the switch inside unit. It was preset at 220v 50 Hz, so may need to change a belt or something for speed. Rewind works, but fast forward does not.
