The umbilical cord from original preamps has been severed and spliced so that unit powers on when connected to a power source. It has the original 12AX7, and 5u4 tubes, EL84 6bq5 outputs have been replaced with good Russian military substitutes. This listing is for a vintage Packard Bell stereo push pull EL84 power amplifier removed from premium hifi console. During my testing I found that it sounds good at low volume, when the level is increased distorts loudly, this a common problem relating to old weak capacitors.

This amplifier has never been serviced, it will need servicing before you can use. FYI the pictures that you see are of actual item will receive I do not get my from web sites or other peoples offers.
