Model number E-420, serial it is very heavy, weighing 14. 14 pounds according to my digital scales. I really don't know what this was used for. I am selling it as is.

I also have no idea if it works or not. The measurements are approximately 12 inches tall, not including handle, close to 14 tall handle. 13 inches wide and about 7 deep including the knobs. Possibly to test the early televisions.
