Details:
Output capacitor has been replaced with a high quality capacitor with a higher vst rating. I have added the octal base clip for the 6ax4gt to prevent it from falling out during shipping. The tubes were tested for leakage gas and shorts which all tested good on my it 17 tube tester.
The voltage control output is volts dc and I did an electrolytic leakage check on the 40 FD. I also performed the bridge calibration test with a 200 ohm 1 precision resistor. Capacitors that I replaced to confirm proper operation of this unit. The power supply filter capacitors have been replaced as the old ones were leaky.
Refurbished check list includes,binding post,control knobs,all wiring and solder joints,rotary switches with the contacts cleaned.
