Heavy scratches on the top and a few edges see pics. Alt storage area i'd rather you ask before buy if are unsure about something.

Strong playback. Vintage Jvc KD-V44J stereo cassette deck recorder-has scratches but works great. Tested and works great all switches lights, tape counter, etc.

Front relatively scratch free. I can't tell but it looks like the plastic face pate for 'peak level' and 'Dolby c b' is slightly MI's-aligned its stuck on might be designed that way not sure.
