I am selling this as-is and without warranty. The pinch roller and head still look quite new as i've kept it very clean. This deck has seen very light usage and still looks almost brand new. The only flaw with this unit is that counter does not work.
There are no signs of cosmetic damage anywhere. For offer is my beloved Yamaha KX-230 cassette deck. The recordings this unit makes are very natural sounding and playback is smooth as can be. This was originally my fathers and passed to me.
Have been using for the last few years but is time to part ways. I will pack well and ship only within north America, as long distance shipping on these old units is hard the internal parts. The belt connecting counter wore out and had to be removed but I did not bother replacing as need. That being said, it should still give great performance for years to come.
This unit was made in japan 1989 and is almost 30 years old.
