I say 8 10 since it has some lights that burned out, the left meter and one on right also behind where says Mcintosh MC150 see 2nd pic. What is included: stereo power amplifier, cord, owners manual functional notes: operational condition of this item excellent fully tested and no issues found. Excellent overall appearance.
