It has been stored since 1992 when I came back from Europe. I have owned this since about the face of is in very nice shape, there was one small scratch inch long black coating that covered with a permanent marker.

Look at all pictures before buying, they are considered part of the offers. This is in very nice cosmetic condition considering it about 28 years old. The speaker terminals are still intact and not broken.

This has been well taken care of, its not perfect cosmetically but it functions as should. I took it to my local tech inspect before sale and he gave a clean bill of health. I purchased this brand new when Yamaha discontinued the m-85 and replaced it with model.

This produces a blistering clean 260 watts per channel continuous at 8 ohm's.

I tried to photo the very minor repaired scratch but it would not show up in photo's. Yamaha MX-1000 power amplifier. There is nothing wrong with the glass on front of amp, any streaks are from camera flash.
