Please see pics for details. This Nikko nd-990 cassette deck has been tested and powers on. I'm guessing its an issue with the belt but I don't know that for certain. Free shipping.

The unit doesn't play cassettes, but it will rewind and fast forward. It is in excellent overall cosmetic condition aside from a couple of scuffs on the top housing. As the unit doesn't function correctly, it is being sold as-is. The lights and counter all seem to work.
