It powers on and is complete. It looks like all of the lights work and cosmetic condition is very good. Toshiba PC-X20 stereo cassette deck. I am listing this for parts or not working because it does play, fast forward rewind.

When powered on, a motor noise can be heard, but the tape does not advance or rewind. But I can confirm that it powers on. I am not an expert so can't say for sure.
