For parts and service. Pictures and may not accurately reflect if cassette functionality can be restored. Functionality: Tested with batteries but not power supply. Cassette player has limited functionality at the moment but good physical condition.
Sound can be heard from both speakers. Inside pictures show belts in tact but loose and possibly close to a deteriorated state. Radio functionality works perfectly but cassette mechanism will need to be serviced. Good vintage piece none the less if you're interested in it as a display item.
Writing is in Japanese. Chrome chipped off in a few places and some plastic stress marks visible battery compartment. Station indicator works. Pots a little scratchy, those in addition to electrical connections may need be cleaned with contact cleaner for best and playback.
Can hear motor spinning but cassette spindles barely move. Crud/corrosion visible in battery terminals and on chromed buttons parts. Batteries worked but there is a little corrosion on the contacts and only after was wiped off. Condition: Physical: Cassette player is missing antenna and has a snapped piece of plastic that normally used to hold it.
