Details:

I've had this particular deck for about 4 years now and have had no issues with it. Has both Dolby and chrome tape switches for noise reduction.

I had one from new back in the late 70's and foolishly sold it in the late 80's when CD's were all the new rage. Manufactured by Sankyo Seiko, japan.

My original always made great recordings and this one does as well. Easy to use line level fades for recording levels. I missed it so much, that I bought this one.

I know, I looked long and hard for it. I am replacing this unit with a front loading Sankyo std 2000 for easier stereo cabinet access. This is a single cassette deck with auto stop function.

Sorry, no auto reverse on this one. Space has become a premium in my apartment, and this deck does have a bit of a footprint considering it is a desk type unit. Never had it, never will. Not to be confused with Sankyo used to supply cassette deck transport mechanisms to Camacho as well as market their own brand, so this is not a cheap deck.

Very high quality unit. Comes with the original box and owners manual, as well as a PDF copy on CD ROM of the factory service manual which is extremely hard to find. Has rca input outputs for connecting to your receiver, as well as a din connector to do the same. This is the only reason I am parting with it, otherwise I would just keep on using it.

Limiter switch for use when recording live with microphones. The deck has been serviced within the last 2 years, cleaned, lubricated, new belts, demagnetized, etc. This is a vintage Sankyo cassette deck, model std 1410, from the mid late 1970's.

Also has a headphone output jack and two phono input jacks for microphones.
