That is the only testing has been done, you are buying as is, described and pictured. The last picture shows needle moved when plugging unit in and turning switch to on position.

Up for bid is a vintage Heathkit model TC-1 dynamic tube checker. Ask any questions before buying. The face has really no marks that I can see, tube scroll chart rotates fine.

As you can see in the pictures this tester is excellent condition. Item came from a closed down tv. The case and handle are all wood, there some scratches, but very nice.
