Belts have turned to goo and need be replaced. Sold entirely AS-IS for parts or repair. Might be a bad solder joint underneath, did not remove board to check. Power connector from transformer into ma inboard needs to be wiggled work.

Whatever it is, it'll arrive safely. Might have been the belt but might need lubrication or replacement. I ship to them, they take care of the rest. Left motor made a squeal when the unit was powered up.
