Vintage Technics stereo cassette deck player recorder,rs m231x, level meter,works great vintage condition speakers don't come out loud on this ,so I would say it needs a cleaning ,it does work, head phone work great on this. There is some scratches, as is condition please see pics of the levels to prove this works.
