This listing is for a vintage stereo cassette recorder model TP-S30. The unit has been tested and was found to have some signs of life - motor sounds like its spinning but since belt is decaying tape never advances. The unit needs a new belt I can actually see gooey old under there somewhere.

I'll pack this in bubble-wrap and cardboard. The unit is in very nice cosmetic condition with some dust. It has some historical significance, as was the first stereo cassette recorder of its kind in this form factor - predates any recording-capable Walkman.

But since it wan't featured in guardians of the galaxy like Sony taps-l2 Walkman, its doesn't have much a claim to fame comparison.
