J it started having issues with the mechanism and one day just stopped working. Thanks in advance. I will combine shipping on like items whenever possible to save you money. Everything I sell is from a smoke-free environment.
The outside is really in great condition and as you can see from inside of cassette well, its also good.
I have used this deck for about 10 years, so is not something bought at some estate sale. There are no missing parts, and the eject button does work. I have replaced a few capacitors in the power supply to see if that would correct problem, but it did not for repair or parts as is. When first turned on with a cassette in place, the motors move tape slightly, so work.
It was serviced at one time by Mayer-Eco, lab tested tb. The meters light up. So I m selling this Nakamichi serial number: a304. I am including a reproduction of the original service manual.
Fwd or Re, the tape does not move. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping price.
This manual is not original, but a copy. However, if you hit play.
