There is little to no wear maybe a couple light cosmetic scuffs or scratch here nothing noticeable. I tried over 10 prerecorded cassettes and it played 90 of the tapes perfect with great sound. Most of the time fast forward and rewind buttons to not work.
I'm assuming it also records onto cassette fine but I did not test that function. Only a couple tapes I tried would not play but think they were just really old and stored properly. With a little fixing this would be really nice piece of audio equipment.
Still works just fine if you only want to play a cassette. On some tapes I tested it did but most not. Shipping costs are listed.
Stores this Nakamichi cassette deck is in excellent condition. It does have a functional issue.
