Details:

Has Coax RCA and Optical output. One neat feature is the onboard volume control, can connect direct to power amp. Will double box for shipping. For me I just don't want to screw with this any longer, which has not been long.

First when you power off it goes back to FULL volume as default. Everything works as it should and is excellent for age. Lovely easy sound. You get player, remote control, original packaging and carton.

Have been functioning perfectly when in intermittent use the last two years. Uses the TDA 1543 chip same as Patrol DAC. I m nearing 80 yrs and thought this would make my playing CDs a breeze with volume control. Second I turn volume all the way down yet it still is too loud for my liking.

This is a heavy piece of gear. I've been in this hobby 55 plus years. Have original box and remote only. Now my view point.

Would have been nice to know this before I hit the play button. This is a Vintage Marantz model CD17 Mellon scale of 1 thru 10 Irate it 8 to 9 because age only.
