From this tube - however the mid range was very different and really over whelming. Standing up close to speakers they seem much louder or over whelmed then I am used too from them. Back off from the speakers and they sounded better.

We then moved the up to our small showroom where all of other speakers are. Made in japan good looking and working valve tube 20 tubes, 1 semiconductor, 75 watt max, 25 watts per channel into 16 ohm, 38 ohm 8 speakers the only problem is FM stereo or MP mode it can barely be heard, mono sounds great, original owner thinks simply needs a new. Very loud at about 75 volume it starts distorting playing a CD in the aux input jack, phonograph mag jack is bit less and can go up to 85 before distortion detected.

Vintage Pioneer SX-800 30w tube stereo amplifier receiver serviced and works great - cleaned up no static from switches or knobs when adjusted. Overall tone and range was great there were sounds effects that would catch your attention we had never heard before. Some of my speakers sound much different from this tube then the Pioneer SA-7500 integrated I am very familiar with. Distortion could be from the very tight and cramped listing area I was experimenting in.

I am not experienced with tube amps so certain if it needs new better capacitors or newer tubes but here are my observations using several different 8 ohm speakers and recordings that familiar with: overall full strong rich tone. As an example I have a pair modified infinity tower speakers with very strong 8 mid range driver, these still good bass and treble normally like the full range of.
