Just a cool layer of surface rust that would look nice under good clear coat. Last picture is heaters turning on. And this thing is pretty dirty.
And I was unfortunately unable to test them as they are octal don't have that extension, but tested well on another older tester and a sylvan 5v4g rectifier good the it brought up Mauriac, used bias probe check for plat voltage current. Original filter caps, and circuit all intact so it will need some love to bring back life, but I have tested partially. I think it was stored in a garage or barn because there some unholy filth built up inside.
It is also extremely corroded, but not brittle. Here for sale is Masco MA-25 pa amplifier from the 40's. Very nice pair of tubes - four 7n7 preamps tubes, which is why I was unable to test it fully as someone had put an extra where 6sf6s go.
So the transformers are good. Good news, as there was voltage . It does come with the tubes in picture which are - a matched pair of sylvan 6l6g, tested at 94 and 98 IRC.
