I cannot read the model , looks like ism 5 or um 5 it says model code it uses 3 vacuum tubes 12au6, 35w4 50c5 when I plugged it in, they all light up, it makes sound when I turned the volume knob up. I will give you 2 different choices in shipping, please choose which works best for you. It measures 6 tall x 7 long 7.
